How to Run an SEO Audit
Step 1 — Navigate to SEO Audits
In the sidebar, click SEO Audit. You land on /cloudpanel/seoaudit.
Step 2 — Enter the URL
In the Run a new audit panel, enter the full URL of the page you want to audit (e.g. https://yoursite.com/blog/my-article). You can audit any publicly accessible URL — including competitor sites.
Step 3 — Click Run Audit
Click Run audit. EasyCloudify starts the audit job and redirects you to /cloudpanel/seoaudit/[jobId].
Step 4 — Wait for Completion
The audit page shows an animated progress bar while EasyCloudify crawls, scores, and analyzes AI visibility. This takes approximately 60 seconds.
💡 Tip: Do not close the tab while the audit is running. The progress bar tracks status live and displays results automatically on completion.
Step 5 — View Your Results
On completion, your full report is displayed on the same page.
Understanding Your Audit Report
SEO Score
An overall score out of 100, broken down into a full list of issues ranked by their point impact. Each issue includes:
- A severity badge (Critical / Warning / Info)
- A description of what is wrong
- A specific Fix with actionable steps
- How many points fixing it would add to your score (e.g.
+8 pts if fixed)
Issues are sorted from highest to lowest impact so you know exactly where to start.
AI Visibility (GEO) Analysis
A score out of 100 measuring how well your page is structured for retrieval by AI-powered search systems and LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). It checks:
E-E-A-T signals:
- Author bio present
- Author credentials mentioned
- External citations linked
- Publish date present
Content structure:
- FAQ section present
- Clear definitions
- Factual claims with sources
- Step-by-step guides
The report also includes a 30-day improvement roadmap — a prioritized list of specific actions to improve your AI visibility score.
Competitor Analysis
EasyCloudify detects the primary keyword from your audited URL and finds competing pages ranking for the same term. Each competitor shows:
- Their SEO score
- Their top content strengths (e.g. "Rich structured data", "Strong E-E-A-T signals")
- A relative summary explaining why they outrank you and what to do about it
AI Consultant Chat (Growth & Agency Plans)
After your audit completes, a chat panel appears at the bottom of your results page. This is a streaming AI consultant with full context of your audit data — it knows your URL, your scores, your issues, and your AI visibility gaps.
What you can ask
The AI consultant can:
- Prioritize your fixes — "What should I fix first for the biggest SEO impact?"
- Generate code — "Write the FAQ schema JSON-LD I need to add to my page"
- Explain technical issues — "How do I fix my Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)?"
- Guide E-E-A-T improvements — "What author bio structure should I add for E-E-A-T?"
- Answer follow-up questions — "Is this issue more important than the missing meta description?"
Responses stream in real time and support formatted output including code blocks, bold text, and links.

PDF generation takes a few seconds. The file is named seo-audit-yoursite.com-[jobId].pdf.
White-Label PDF (Agency Plan Only)
Agency plan users can customize the PDF report with their own branding before sending it to clients:
- Your logo — replaces the EasyCloudify logo in the report header
- Your agency name — replaces "EasyCloudify" in report headings and footers
Note: White-label customization supports logo and branding name only — report colors and layout are fixed and cannot be changed.
Set up white-label branding in the White-label settings panel that appears on the SEO Audit page for Agency plan accounts. Upload your logo and enter your agency name. All future PDF downloads will use your branding.
Audit History
The Recent audits section lists your last 25 audits with:
- Score circle (color-coded: green ≥ 70, yellow ≥ 40, red < 40)
- URL audited
- Audit date
- Status badge

Troubleshooting
Audit shows error status. The URL may be unreachable, behind authentication, or the crawl timed out. Ensure the URL is publicly accessible without login, and that the domain resolves correctly.
AI chat is not visible after the audit.
The AI consultant chat is available on Growth and Agency plans only. If you are on the Starter plan, upgrade at /cloudpanel/account/plans.
White-label PDF option is not visible. White-label branding is exclusive to the Agency plan. The White-label settings panel only appears for Agency accounts.
