How to Change Your Password
Step 1 — Navigate to Update Password
From the Account Settings page (/cloudpanel/account), or directly via the sidebar navigation to /cloudpanel/account/update-password.
The page displays:
Title: "Reset your password" Description: "Enter your new password below."
Step 2 — Enter Your New Password
Fill in the New Password field (password type, autocomplete: "current-password"). The field is required — submitting with an empty password is not permitted.
Step 3 — Click Update Password
Click the Update Password button. While the request is in progress, the button shows a spinner and the label changes to "Updating…".
On success: A confirmation toast notification appears. You are automatically redirected to /cloudpanel after 5 seconds.
On error: An error toast displays the reason the password update failed.
Troubleshooting
Issue: "Update Password" button is not responding. Why it happens: The password field is empty — EasyCloudify does not allow submitting a blank password. Fix: Enter a non-empty password before clicking Update Password.
