What is EasyCloudify Email Hosting?
EasyCloudify Email Hosting is a full-featured professional email management service that lets you run email for your own domains. You can create and manage mailboxes, set up email aliases, configure forwardings, and define rewrite rules — all from your EasyCloudify dashboard at /cloudpanel/mailboxes.
Before You Start
- You have an active Mailbox plan subscription (see Plans & Billing)
- Your domain's MX records point to EasyCloudify (add these via DNS Management)
How to Add an Email Domain
Step 1 — Navigate to Email Hosting
In the sidebar, click Mailboxes. You land on /cloudpanel/mailboxes.
Step 2 — Click Add Domain
Click Add Domain. A form appears with:

Step 3 — Submit
Click Add Domain. The domain appears in the domain selector. All mailbox operations require a selected domain.
How to Create a Mailbox
Step 1 — Select Your Domain
Use the domain selector to choose the domain for your new mailbox.
Step 2 — Click Create Mailbox
Click the Create Mailbox button. A modal opens with the following fields:

Step 3 — Create
Click Create. The mailbox appears in the mailboxes table.
How to Manage Existing Mailboxes
The mailboxes table shows all mailboxes for the selected domain. Each row has these row actions:
- Edit — Update display name and access permissions (IMAP, POP3, ManageSieve, send/receive)
- Delete — Permanently remove the mailbox (requires typing "DELETE" to confirm)
- Change Password — Set a new password (enter new password + confirm — must match)
- View Forwardings — Manage forwardings for this mailbox

Managing Aliases
Aliases are alternate addresses that deliver email to an existing mailbox. Use the Aliases tab.
- Add — Enter local part and the destination mailbox address(es)
- Edit — Update the alias destinations
- Delete — Remove the alias
Managing Rewrites
Email rewrites redirect mail matching a rule pattern to new destinations. Use the Rewrites tab.
- Add — Set a rewrite name, local part pattern, and destination address(es)
- Edit / Delete
Managing Forwardings
Forwardings copy or redirect email from a mailbox to external addresses. Use the Forwardings tab.
- Add — Enter the forwarding destination address and optional expiry date
- Edit / Delete
Managing Identities
Identities are sender profiles associated with a mailbox. Use the Identities tab.
- Add — Set name and local part for the sender identity
- Edit / Delete
Troubleshooting
Issue: Cannot delete mailbox — button not responding. Why it happens: The delete confirmation modal requires you to type the word "DELETE" exactly before the deletion button activates. Fix: Type "DELETE" (all caps) in the confirmation field, then click Delete Mailbox.
