Webmail Access — Read Your EasyCloudify Email in Any Browser
TL;DR — Go to https://webmail.easycloudify.com, sign in with your full email address and mailbox password, and you are in. No setup, no apps to install. Works on every desktop and mobile browser.
What Is EasyCloudify Webmail?
EasyCloudify Webmail is a fast, privacy-focused, browser-based email client built on open-source technology funded by the European Commission's Next Generation Internet (NGI) programme. It gives you full access to every EasyCloudify mailbox without installing anything.
Use it to:
- Read, write, and reply from any device with a browser
- Check email from a friend's or public computer (e.g. while travelling)
- Confirm a mailbox is working before configuring a desktop or mobile client
- Manage folders, labels, and search across your whole archive
- Recover access if a device is lost or replaced
How to Sign In
- Open https://webmail.easycloudify.com in any modern browser
- Enter your full email address (e.g.
[email protected]) - Enter your mailbox password
- Click Sign In
💡 Lost your password? Reset it from
/cloudpanel/mailboxes— select the mailbox and choose Reset Password.
Bookmark It
For faster access, bookmark https://webmail.easycloudify.com#/login. Some browsers will also let you "install" the site as a progressive web app for a desktop / home-screen icon that opens like a native app.

Troubleshooting
"Login failed" after entering correct credentials
Make sure you are using the mailbox password, not your EasyCloudify dashboard password. Reset it from /cloudpanel/mailboxes if unsure.
The mailbox is empty but I know I have messages
You may have only IMAP synced certain folders to a desktop client previously. Click Show all folders in the sidebar — every server-side folder is visible in webmail.
Sending fails with "550" or "relay denied"
Make sure the From identity matches an address attached to your mailbox. If you need to send as an alias, add it as an identity first — see Email Aliases & Identities.
