Deploy a VPS Server — Launch a New Cloud Server on EasyCloudify
TL;DR — Use the EasyCloudify Deploy Server page to launch a new cloud server with your chosen region, size, and configuration. It takes minutes.
What is VPS Server Deployment?
VPS Server Deployment in EasyCloudify is the process of launching a new virtual machine on the cloud platform so that you have a dedicated server for hosting applications, websites, databases, or any custom workload. Navigate to /cloudpanel/deploy to start.
Before You Start
- You have an active VPS plan subscription (see Plans & Billing)
- You have an SSH key added to your account (see SSH Keys & Credentials)
How to Deploy a VPS Server
Step 1 — Navigate to Deploy Server
In the sidebar, click Deploy. The Deploy Server page opens at /cloudpanel/deploy, showing the Create Server form powered by the CreateDroplet component.

Step 2 — Configure Your Server
The server creation form lets you choose:
- Region — Select the data center region closest to your users
- Size — Select the server tier based on your CPU, RAM, and bandwidth requirements
- Distribution — Choose the operating system image for your server
- SSH Key — Select the SSH key(s) to authorize for root access
- Monitoring — Enable monitoring to use VPS Performance Monitoring charts
💡 Tip: Enable Monitoring during deployment if you plan to use the EasyCloudify Performance Monitoring feature. Monitoring cannot be added to a server after creation without redeploying.
Step 3 — Submit the Form
Click the deploy/create button to submit. EasyCloudify provisions your server. Provisioning typically takes a few minutes.
Step 4 — View Your New Server
After provisioning completes, the new server appears on the Dashboard home (/cloudpanel) in your server list. Click the server card to open the Server Detail page at /cloudpanel/server/[id].
What Happens During Provisioning?
While your server is being provisioned, the server detail page displays:
"This resource is being provisioned. Please refresh in a few minutes."
The IPv4 address is not yet available. Refresh the page after a few minutes to see the assigned IP address.
Troubleshooting
Issue: "No servers found" appears on the dashboard after deployment. Why it happens: The server is still provisioning and has not yet registered an IPv4 address. Fix: Wait 2–5 minutes and refresh the page.
Issue: The Deploy form does not show available sizes or regions. Why it happens: Your VPS plan subscription may not be active. Fix: Navigate to Plans & Billing and confirm an active VPS plan subscription.
