VPS Performance Monitoring — Real-Time Server Metrics on EasyCloudify
TL;DR — EasyCloudify Performance Monitoring shows real-time CPU, memory, load, disk, and network charts for any monitored server over selectable time periods from 1 hour to 14 days.
What is EasyCloudify Performance Monitoring?
EasyCloudify Performance Monitoring is a real-time dashboard that collects and displays key server health metrics — CPU usage, memory utilization, server load, free disk space, and network bandwidth — so you can identify issues before they affect your users. Access it at /cloudpanel/performances.
Before You Start
- You have deployed a server with Monitoring enabled at deployment time (see Deploy a VPS Server)
- You have an active VPS plan subscription
How to View Server Performance Metrics
Step 1 — Navigate to Performance Monitoring
In the sidebar, click Performance (or use the Performance shortcut on the Dashboard home). You land on /cloudpanel/performances.
Step 2 — Select a Server
Use the server selector (Listbox dropdown) to choose the server you want to monitor. The selector is disabled if no monitored servers are found.
💡 Tip: If the selector shows no servers, your servers may not have monitoring enabled. Monitoring must be turned on at server deployment time. Deploy a new server with monitoring enabled to use this feature.
Step 3 — Select a Time Period
Once a server is selected, choose a time window from the period selector:
| Period | Description |
|---|---|
| Last 1h | Last 1 hour of data |
| Last 6h | Last 6 hours of data |
| Last 24h | Last 24 hours |
| Last 7d | Last 7 days |
| Last 14d | Last 14 days |
The period selector is disabled until you select a server.
Step 4 — Read the Charts
Five charts appear after selecting a server and period:
| Chart | Type | What It Shows |
|---|---|---|
| CPU Usage | Line chart | Percentage of CPU in use over time |
| Server Load | Area chart | System load average over time |
| Memory Utilization | Area chart | RAM usage percentage over time |
| Free Disk Space | Bar chart | Available disk space in GB |
| Network Bandwidth | Line chart | Inbound and outbound traffic |
No Monitored Servers Found
If no monitored servers are found, EasyCloudify displays an alert:
"No monitored servers found. Deploy a server with monitoring enabled."
A Deploy a server button links directly to /cloudpanel/deploy.
Subscription Required
If you do not have an active performance monitoring plan, EasyCloudify shows an upsell card with a View Plans button that navigates to /cloudpanel/account/plans.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are my charts empty after selecting a server?
Charts require monitoring data to exist. If the server was just deployed or monitoring was recently enabled, data accumulates over time. Wait at least 30 minutes for the first data points to appear.
How far back can I view performance data?
The maximum lookback window is 14 days.
