TL;DR — EasyCloudify Managed WordPress Care deploys a fully managed cloud server for your WordPress sites, including automatic updates, daily backups, and premium support — all provisioned in minutes.
What is EasyCloudify Managed WordPress?
EasyCloudify Managed WordPress Care is a fully managed hosting service that runs your WordPress sites on a dedicated cloud server with automated updates, built-in security checks, daily backups, and expert support handled by EasyCloudify. You deploy the server once and EasyCloudify manages the infrastructure. Access Managed WordPress at /cloudpanel/managed/wordpress.
Before You Start
- You have an active Managed WP plan subscription (see Plans & Billing)
How to Deploy a Managed WordPress Server
Step 1 — Navigate to Managed WordPress
In the sidebar, click Managed WP. You land on /cloudpanel/managed/wordpress.
Step 2 — Click Deploy Server
Click the Deploy Server button (with a Plus icon) in the page header. You are taken to /cloudpanel/managed/wordpress/deploy.
Step 3 — Select Your Plan
The deploy page shows a plan selection form (RadioGroup). Each plan option displays:
- Plan name
- Description
- Price and billing interval
Select the Managed WordPress plan that fits your needs.
💡 Tip: If no plans are shown and you see an alert message, your subscription may not be active. Click View Plans to navigate to Plans & Billing and subscribe.
Step 4 — Deploy
After selecting a plan, the CreateDroplet form appears for server configuration. Choose the server region and size, then submit.
Step 5 — Server Provisioning
On successful deployment, you are redirected to /cloudpanel/managed/wordpress?success=created. A success banner confirms:
"Server deployed successfully! Your managed WordPress server is now provisioning."
Provisioning takes a few minutes. The server card on the Managed WordPress page shows an amber (provisioning) status badge until the server is ready.
Step 6 — Create Your First WordPress Site
Once the server status changes to active (green), click the server card to open the server management page at /cloudpanel/managed/wordpress/server/[id]. See Managed WordPress — Create and Manage Sites for the next steps.
Viewing Your Managed Servers
The Managed WordPress home page displays all your servers in a 3-column grid. Each server card shows:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Status badge | Green = active, Amber = provisioning |
| Server name | Display name of the server |
| IP address | Shown when active; "Provisioning…" when not ready |
| Plan badge | The Managed WordPress plan name |
| Site count | Number of WordPress sites on this server |
Troubleshooting
Issue: "Subscription required" is shown instead of the deploy button. Why it happens: No active Managed WP subscription exists on your account. Fix: Navigate to Plans & Billing and subscribe to a Managed WordPress plan.
Issue: Server stays in "provisioning" status for more than 10 minutes. Why it happens: Provisioning can take longer for some regions during peak demand. Fix: Refresh the page. If the issue persists, contact Support.
